Cant get past the home screen

The button in the top left of the screen that lets you get into store and sales options doesnt work. I can tap it a hundred times and still nothing. It wasnt like this 3 weeks ago so Im assuming its in an update. Ive tried deleting the app and reinstalling but its still the same. VERY FRUSTRATING! Theres no point in the app if I cant see whats happening in the store and cant even look at sales.
