Massive bug!!!!

Please bring back the old version. This version is awful.

I miss hearing the classic "cha-Ching- sound!! Please change it back.

People complained about the old app because it was missing features and the ability to manage the store. I used it for what I needed in a mobile environment. Now that youve try to make it work like a full admin access I have no use for it. This is a huge step back.

update ruined the app - the beauty of the old version was it was clean and simple to use. the update crams the entire website into the app to the detriment of the on the go user. i cant capture half my payments, order count isnt showing up on the app icon, theres no easy way to batch edit orders, and information is spread out all over the place. horrible!!! im so disappointed in the update - i use shopify for my business and mobile is now basically useless. please at least fix all the annoying payment capture issues.

I imagine that the cha Ching sound was left out accidentally. I need this satisfying sound back to keep me pumped through the day!

Everybody who thinks that the cash register notification tone was taken away, just hold both the home and power buttons and reset your phone, the cash register tone should be activated again

I have had nothing but trouble with this update- it makes me a little annoyed that the basics of the older version have somewhat disappeared, but overall the most difficult thing I have found is that the app doesnt seem to be saving any of my updates to my products. Slightly annoying.

CHA-Ching! As stated by another reviewer, the sale alert tone is back to the default tri-tone. Come on guys... And since no one else has said it lately, WHEN WILL YOU ADD A PRODUCT DESCRIPTION FUNCTIONALITY??!!

Im loving the new update so far. I was able to refund a customer shipping cost with a click of a button basically. One thing I noticed off the bat was the lack of the "cha-Ching" ringtone when a new order comes in. The ringtone is now the standard tri-tone. Please add the old tone back!

Old version works much better. Graphics less user friendly and real time sales take a long time to show on mobile devices.

While I appreciate a notion of moving ahead and perfecting an app, the new update is a hot mess. Gone is the simplicity of viewing the most vital daily stats (visitors/sales) and replaced by useless dashboard tips. Gone are the days of clear UI and replaced by what only can be described as a lacking f any UI direction. Lastly - what happened to the "cha-ching" sound new order notification? If I had an option of reverting to the old version I would do it in a heartbeat.

Assuming you like the changes to the timeframes for available data, there are still missing pieces to the puzzle. Only 6 days of the week are displayed. The week begins on a Sunday which may or may not be ideal. No controls to edit any data. Weekly & monthly data arent comparable to previous so the beginning of each cycle really doesnt help. Showing me how much was made the first two days of the week isnt helpful. Data for the first several days of the month doesnt help. Last 7 & 30 are more helpful unless I can compare last week & last month to the current.

Seriously, what is the point of adding a product in this app, if It does not show up on the website because there is no way to fill in basic stuff like Category and Product Information?! Also cant add discount codes or any other basic functions of running a store on the go. Worthless. Still need a laptop to do anything. You guys charge enough for your service, get it together!!!!!!!!

The new layout is hard to navigate. Also you MUST put back the 90day sales totals!!!

Pls go back to the old layout , or at least tone the new one down . New update is a huge eye sore .

They made super easy app into super complicated. Congrats

Awful update!! It is just one big self-promotion piece. However the worst part is notifications are not showing even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. This is a huge bug that needs to be squashed immediately! I am giving this Zero Stars but have to select one star or the review will not post. The folks behind this took an otherwise great app and made it into one big self-promoting, difficult to navigate, frustrating app. GIVE ME BACK THE OLD APP!!

When I try to capture a payment nothing happens. The hour by hour sales timeline is totally non-intuitive and I dont understand what its supposed to show me. Home screen tells me Ive had no sales and only 4 unique visitors all day. It when I look at orders I see several hundred dollars of sales. Graphics seem nice, havent had a chance to test scanning feature for shipping labels IF it works that will be very cool.

I use this app to monitor sales on my Shopify site, which used to be just a quick glance at my phone. Now the app shows me all sorts of Shopify marketing messages, complete with hokey photos. The odd I will find one of these messages useful is low, and they are just in the way. I should be able to turn them off, but apparently cannot. Definitely not as good for my needs than the previous app version.
