Nice update and definitely like the new small touches like the pictures of the customers based on their location, kinda fun. One thing I really miss from the old shopify app is the more in depth referral section on the home page. You can find the number of visitors of you dig a bit, but where they came from is not found, or its not easy to find in the app. Would love this to be back again!

Ive been using them for a few years- time to change. If you have fraud or a problem on your site, good luck reaching a representative! Youll wait 45 minutes then get irritated and hang up. Even if I choose the "call back" option- I have never received a "call back". Ever. In addition, this app is pointless. The app is no where as good as Etsys app and you cant really update or load any products. Its pointless other that to get notifications of your orders. Shopify in general is a Big waste of money for generic website hosting/management. I am going to look through other channels now. Ive been unhappy since the start- but too busy with Etsy (where I actually sell things) to spend time on my website hosted. By these people. Its waste any more money to go with this company and youll feel like its ran out of someones garage when you try to reach them.

Please update how long it takes to refresh and see current sales. It is extremely slow to update.

Im very frustrated that the latest update radically changed how we can view our products. I use the app on my phone to work on inventory. Now, when I stop and pick back up, instead of being able to click the letter I was on, I have to scroll through literally the entire system in order to find where I was. Taking away the ability to jump to a certain place in our inventory was a mistake. Please rectify this in the next update.

I am not being notified of any sales my store makes and my customer counter is no longer working. It was fine before the update but now it is not functioning at all. Please update this app so we can continue to use it.

If you value functionality, ease, and integrity DO NOT UPGRADE!! This app is now an official sellout. Do they actually think theyre helping by forcing us to slog our way through endless articles, self serving blog entries and advertisements when were just trying to run our business? Welcome to the matrix. This upgrade proves that yes, were just another brick in the wall. OMG, how did I get stuck in this leech of an ecosystem? Be forewarned.

No badge icon or push notifications. Please fix asap!!!

Dashboard almost has too much information. All the marketing messages at the bottom feel cluttered. Would like to see the dashboard go back to the easy at-a-glance version and maybe all the other info could be in another section (i.e. Sales time table, unique visitors, marketing to tools, etc.). Too many swipes to get the basic information I want to see on one page.

Using the camera scanner for search is necessary when you have many SKU. Bring it back please. Managing inventory was very useful and user friendly. That is no longer the case.

Having been with another ecommerce site for many years I am grateful to have an app with so many features considering the other site didnt even offer a mobile site much less an app. Compared to anything else out there Shopify is the best option you can find. Conversions are way up.

Dont do it terrible update!!! How do I get the old version back What a mistake

This is a frustrating, cluttered step backwards. There are some neat new feature changes/enhancements with this update but the dashboard page, the first one you see when you open the app & the one we all most frequently look at, is awful! Its cluttered with a bunch of ads, slow to refresh, cumbersome so scroll through day/week/month sales and you can no longer - at a glance - see your last 90 days info. Im already paying Shopify a lot of money, please stop giving me an inferior product experience so you can (ineffectively) try to sell me on more stuff.

I receive this message when trying to log in. "Server with the specified hostname could not be found" I uninstalled and redownloaded it and same problem. Complete Garbage.

The latest version of the app is a giant step backward. I get what you were trying to do, I really do, but it needs a lot more thought. I used to be able to see, at a glance, a rolling last 7 days, last 30 days, and last 90 days sales totals. This was extremly useful to see if I was hitting my aveerage sales for said periods. That has been replaced with the useless this week, and this month totals, which reset (obviously) at the beginning of the week or month. Please bring back the ability to see rolling totaly for 7/30/90 days!

Dashboard is waaayyy too cluttered now and overall the app has too much going on. Dont need all the ads and whatnot from the actual site. Also, notifications dont seem to work anymore either? Shopify is expensive enough a month that youd think they could crank out a decent app or just revert back to the previous one.

Store in my pocket. Love the design. Quick, intuitive.

Very easy to navigate, one of the best costumer service Ive had a pleasure dealing with. Highly recommend to new businesss.

This app is so good i cannot think of how it could get better.
