Hate the new update

They should really give some suggestions to where to find item for dropshiping.

Shopify is pretty good. This app is pretty good, as would make sense. There are a few annoying bugs though and they dont seem in a huge hurry to fix them. Most annoying is the pending order count that shows in red on the app icon. Itd be great if it worked, but it doesnt. Sometimes it shows a number, sometimes not, but its almost always wrong and its quite annoying as it commands your attention but then provides incorrect info.

A simple click and edit it would be so much more simple instead of sliding it to the left just to have to guess whats what. Im on day two now trying to figure this thing out. Whats a "favicon" and if I edit it, where will that be? Probably about to give up on this app soon.

So happy to have the red badge numbers back. But it doesnt always disappear like it is supposed to after I fulfill my orders. Still have some bugs to work out!

The app is nowhere near the capabilities of its web enabled counterpart. However it is useful for quick checks of certain aspects of my account. The one bug that I have trouble with is the dashboard not refreshing unless I completely restart the app

Love this app! Wish I could create and email orders to customers through the app! Other wise I have no complaints!

Good at what it does but shopify team should be rolling out more features faster!

I like the app for the order notifications but the only part of the actual app that works for me is the Dashboard. I cant see orders, customers or products. I will continue to use the app as long as the notifications continue to work but it would be nice to see the app serve a useful purpose

Great app that has all the basic features you need to manage your shop on the go! Love it!

I use the app all the time, and find its functionality very useful. People complaining about network issues and not being able to see orders either dont know how to use it, or have issues outside of the app. With that said, I wish it could do everything the mobile website does. Especially the ability to create orders, view and edit discounts, and view Riskified reports (you could even implement Force Touch by allowing users to go directly into creating an order from the apps icon). Its annoying being able to use it 2/3 of the time, then having to load the website the other 1/3 of the time. If the mobile WEBSITE can do all those things, why cant the mobile APP? Keep up the good work, and thanks for the functionality it DOES have!

Shopify shows a complete lack of respect for the people who get their hands dirty for the boss. Tipping is not a feature available, which results in a huge loss of funds for hard-working people under Shopify. They added a "ship through Shopify" feature before considering tips. Just infuriating. Please add tipping!

When I open the app it seems to go to a random order and I cant quickly go back to the dashboard. I have to press back at least 6 times then I can get back to the dash. Another issue is the lack of reporting on the app. You can really only see your revenue and the amount of visits which is almost useless to me. Other than those issues, the app is okay, just a little underwhelming.
