Disappointing

Trying to add listings on your phone stinks with this app. I sell thousands of items a year on another platform and I use the app for everything and its so easy. This one is NOT user friendly and does not make running your business from your phone easy. It needs MAJOR work. It would be nice if you could copy another listing on the app. You cant even add tags or a description.

Does everything you need it to

I mean its still work but hey why not do it efficiently on the go! Like the app a lot

Worthless

Very difficult platform to use. Had for over a year with the monthly subscription. Never could get it to link to my Facebook page. Sent numerous emails. Never could get it to work. But I could pay $500 to get someone to set it up for me. Its a $ trap. Wasted money in my opinion

Its ight

Cant do what I can do on computer , need to make discounts and cant

What dashboard?

More than half the time the dashboard wont even load. Pretty sorry app. I am a big Shopify fan, so this is a big disappointment.

Glad it exists, but a lazy attempt

The only reason I even give this two stars is because I love being able to check status of orders, etc. The itself is a really sophomoric attempt what should be as good as the platform itself. Some really basic bugs like the screen jumping back to the top when you go a page or two down to look at older orders are very frustrating. Editing products are curiously limited. The dashboard is is barely an attempt to match what you get on the desktop version. Put simply, just missing a ton of functionality that really should be in any application for an online store platform.

Average app, no real capabilities

We really need the ability to use all web based capabilities. Its nice to check an order but thats all the app can do.

Latest update

Is crap. Wont load anything at all. Otherwise, not a terrible app

PIECE OF GARBAGE

This has to be one of the worst aps ever made! Get it together shopify you are better than this and people like myself rely on this ap to run our business when we are on the go. Crashes, doesnt update store sales, just all around a horrible excuse for an ap!

Love the insight, but would love to see more

The app is great for checking in on your stored status. I wish reporting was in the app.

Rudimentary at best

One would think a premium priced service would make more of an effort on their mobile product. I keep waiting for Shopify to get it together and develop top shelf solutions. This isnt it.

Poorly executed app! Safari browser is better. Only good for push notifications of orders.

Its a shame how poorly executed this app is. The only thing its good for is push notifications of orders made that sync to your iPhone and Apple Watch. But thats it! Everything else you need to do is easier dont through the iOS Safari browser. Only keeping for the push notifications.

Cant even log in

It says my shopify store doesnt exist - and doesnt give me an option to try to log in another way. So its completely useless.

Went from ok to useless

V4.6 Seriously? Shopify do you read reviews? There is a reason there are NO 5 star reviews. Im dropping this another star since they seem to only be making the app worse. Had one of their main devs actually call me and still waiting for his call back. Someone needs to sit down with their dev team and get this app done right. Im game. Put me in coach this thing needs lots of work V431 Still terrible. Cant even upload images to products Need to make this app be able to do everything. This should do as much as the desktop version. Lacks a lot V4.1 So tried to add a product. Really? Serious does shopify actually try to use this? Cant even type a description to a product. V4.0.1 review Ok lets see. They fixed bug to allow more than one store-add one star. Products- barcode is still a text field? Again this should open camera to scan barcode or ability to type. Making you type it defeats purpose of it being a barcode. Cant create a product!? Should be able to do everything desktop version does- it falls flat... Orders- still cant edit customer info like you can on desktop. But does offer copy info that desktop lacks Customers- cant edit Still needs many features to make this a useful app. Just ask yourself what a mobile app should do. This one does very little and could offer much more Replies to reviewer computer guru - sure it does. Click customers, click their name, their orders are listed on bottom plus you can click to view them which last version didnt let you. ---------- V4 review Went from 4 stars to 1...Ok now after update first it deletes all your accounts and lets you link one. After that one trying to add more gives you credential errors even when its the correct info. Thus cant support multiple stores now. Big fail. As far as the shop that works - you shouldnt have to use shopify payments to accept payments , again fail. Products - what the heck now its terrible cant even use for inventory. Barcode pulls up keypad?! How about use the camera to scan a barcode!? This app needs to be able to do inventory in a warehouse. Quickly scan a barcode and adjust inventory. Not have to edit a variant. Customers- cant edit or see their orders yet when viewing orders and you click customer name it shows customer info and their orders Product search- shouldnt be hidden in products (have to scroll up from top to see it) does support find sku now but should have a small barcode icon next to it to scan a barcode to do a search. Orders- now you cant click tracking number to track a fulfilled order Wow terrible update. Shopify, Youre confused. You now want to accept payments yet you dont make it to allow user to make an order, and you allow to see products but dont allow to edit inventory easily. This should be a sales tool. If I was sales I should be able to goto a customer, quickly generate an order then swipe their card to accept payment ( even though a swiper is outdated now you should just use an image of the card like paypal and flint do then it supports all phones and no swiper / phone problems) and this should be used in a warehouse to quickly check and adjust inventory levels with barcode support and be able to add products and photos which you removed this feature. Lastly should be able to process existing orders which it does but you still need to be able to edit customer info like the feature you added on desktop ver. ---- Aug update- Still only shows one store. Needs notifications of all stores. Need discounts added so while mobile you can assign discounts for customers quickly while talking to them. Still need barcode support. ---- Update Ok you added search by sku, now add ability to scan barcodes to view parts and adjust inventory. Needs to be quick. Also notifications seem to only work for the selected store. I maintain multiple stores and dont get any order notices unless its that store selected. Fix that. All product options need to be editable on mobile version. No reason to not have. Shouldnt have to have so many clicks to switch between stores. Big time waster. Especially when doing inventory and fulfillment on multiple stores Again , the devs need to go into a real business and see how app works in warehouse Be nice to add ability to scan ups/FedEx etc barcodes into fulfillment area for quick tracking info. ------- Ive created a support ticket on this but should be noted here too. Number one complaint cant search by part number/sku. The search should work same if not better than the web version. A suggestion is to also add a camera barcode scan ability to make inventory in a warehouse simple as scanning barcode and adjusting inventory. This is a must and perfect for a mobile version of shopify. Another thing I noticed is while it lets you edit, and shows you product descriptions- it wont let you edit the product descriptions even when creating a new product. How are you even suppose to add a product without a description!? Interface very slow even on iPhone 5, like a snail on older devices. We run multiple shopify stores and only going to add more but to switch between stores currently takes 7 clicks! How about simply swipe left/right to switch between stores? You abandoned the catalog app which was a great introduction for millions of iOS users to shopify and in turn all of us using it - so since you cancelled it and this one needs work how about redevelop as a responsive web app instead of a native app ?! This would then allow to work on every device without much programming to do so. Less upkeep and this in turn more savings for shopify and get more happy mobile users. - I really think your developers need to walk into a real warehouse where they inventory and ship things to see how they can improve this.

This App Is Great

I love waking up in the morning to sales notifications from my Shopify app. I also enjoy the cha ching sound it makes while going through the day. Great app works well.

Great but missing some much needed features

This app is great for the basics. It would awesome if you could create discounts in the app. Thats really all its missing as far as a quick on the go solution is considered.

Best in Class!

Cant go wrong with this and Shopify has developed another winner!
